Hi I'm needing a replacement sim so I can keep sane number I've list my phone and struggle with phone cslls

I presume "list my phone" means "lost my phone".
You need to contact EE-CS to report your phone/SIM lost, something that cannot be done via this internet forum. They can either supply a replacement SIM with your existing number, by second-class post, or you can do the same via an EE retail shop. They are on 07953 966150 from any working phone, or 0800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
