Replacement sim and no service

Hello all,

I just received my replacement sim card for a old number that I only recently the lost the old damage sim card too. I installed the new the card as per normal and I still don't have any network service and its been two days. I've done all the pre checks for damage and resetting my phone and I don't think that's the issue as I got another new sim card as part of a data package a day before I ordered my replacement and that seems to be working with no issue. Also I've compared the sizes between the two cards and even though both cards can fit into my phone they seem slightly different in size.

My phone is a Galaxy S5

Any solutions would be appreciated, I feel like I'm missing something.

Got my woes sorted so all is well now. The customer service team as always was very attentive and friendly.

Turns out it was a data package sim that was sent out to me instead of a pay as you go that got mixed up in discussion, so the type was changed for me.

The simplest solution tends to be the best one.
