Replacement Sim

Hi my old sim was broken so I have received a new replacement sim from EE which should work as soon as I put it in but it says sim not provisioned and isn't working?? Any help plea As instill waiting on someone getting back to me in live chat

When did you receive your SIM? It can take up to 24 hours to activate.
