Thanks for coming to the community.
You would need to report the SIM as lost to our Mobile guides.
They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.

Why do you need a new SIM? (There are different processes depending on if it is lost, stolen or damaged etc.)
Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

Hi, I need to replace the physical sim on my son’s phone (tied to my account). I tried ordering it online - impossible. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with EE - didn’t work, error message on the clerk’s system all the time, then I received a text ‘Hi from EE, we are unable to send you a replacement sim. Please call 150 to discuss further Thank you EE’.
Calling didn’t help. I just need a replacement sim, I have been a customer since 2007!

What is the reason that you're looking for a replacement SIM? There are different processes depending on if this is for lost, stolen, damaged etc.

@Morde1 As your current SIM card has stopped working, you'd need to either call customer care team on 08009566000 from any other phone who can send one in the post, or pop into any EE store with photo ID who can issue a replacement SIM card straight away.
You can find your nearest store at EE Store Finder
