Reactivate old number, been disc about 3months

I'd need to use my old number, which has been disconnected by myself about a few mk the ago. Paid my bills, no issues , but that old number has been allocated to so many of my logins to dif pages that I'd like to somehow redeem it back. Tha nks for the help people
