Reactivate my esim

Naimasco78
Visitor

Hi there

I need help, my e-sim has been deactivated and my account closed. I'm not living in the UK anymore but I'd like to keep my english number as all my friends in England got that one.

What should I do to reactivate my account considering that I'm not able to go to a EE shop right now.

Thanks for your help and support

Naima

@Naimasco78 : Your eSIM being deactivated indicates you either cancelled it in the past or failed to pay your contract bills. Either way you will have relinquished that no.

@Naimasco78 , get a SIM card from the country you live in and let all your friends know the number, so that they can contact you, which they can do for free via one of the chat apps, such as what’s app, signal, telegram, easy, you do not need to have a UK number to keep in touch.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
