Why can't I have a duplicate sim card

I'm scared of losing my phone and carry a spare on holiday but I want to have a duplicate sim card for it .

Hi @bazcartmell. 

It is not possible to have a duplicate SIM. 

If you were to ever loose your phone you can order a replacement SIM, however this would need to be delivered to a UK address and activated in the UK before being used abroad.
