PACs are for moving between networks, not within the same network. TM is now part of EE.

Hi @rover827sli

Yes, are you now on an EE PAYG SIM.

Have you looked to upgrade on the EE app.

Thanks

Buy an EE PAYG SIM & then ask CS to move your TM no. to it.

Hi my sim card is tmobile i do not have the EE app when looking for information i find conflicting information some of it says i need a pac code other say i don't and that my number should automatically change over to EE sim card i also found this information on EE web site

Can I keep my number?

Yes - just call your old network and ask for a PAC code. Then give us a call or pop into a store, tell us the code and we’ll move your number over.

If you’re moving to us from T-Mobile or Orange, your number will stay the same.

i want to change from pay as you go to pay monthly

Thanks for any advice you can give me

Hi @rover827sli

Welcome to the EE Community Forums.

As the T-Mobile (UK) brand is now EE, when you call to upgrade your service to an EE Mobile deal our guide will process the order for you and your number will automatically remain the same. There is no need for a PAC to keep your number.

Hope this clears up any confusion!
