I ordered a new phone last night on an upgrade (after receiving an email telling me about a great deal) I followed the steps and got a better deal than I am on now. I got an email confirmation then heard nothing. So after trying ALL DAY to get through I was told I couldn’t STACK the deals. I was confused as I had followed the steps. Anyway basically the guy on the line couldn’t get me a good deal it was closer to the ridiculous amount I pay now. I am leaving the network after 20 years (firstly with TMobile). I am going to Ombuds too because I have the offer in black and white. Absolutely terrible
