Has anyone ever had problems with DPD delivery when the pin hasn’t been sent to your phone so you can’t have your device

Have you had a text to let you know DPD will be delivering your order?
If so, if you download the DPD app and use the email address registered with us and postcode, do you have access to the PIN?

I downloaded the app it asked me to verify my email I put my number in for the 6 digit verification code and I never got the the tx .. also the parcel kept coming to my house and I never received the pin I kept on ring EE and DPD and they kept on blaming each other DPD was say EE hasn’t activated my number or enabled it on there dashboard and EE was saying that DPD was lieing so I went into the shop and got them both on the phone and it was supposed to of got sorted but when the parcel came it all happened again and my son never got his birthday present.. then EE gave me credit off my bill but gave no explanation to why all this was happening.. that’s why I’m asking on here for help because my son has been let down because of all this

I am very sorry to hear this has happened and your son did not receive the birthday present.
The PIN comes from DPD, if you would like to discuss your options please give us another call on 150.

Thanks for your reply.. it dosnt make any sense to me at all why DPD wouldn’t send the pin .. all this started when I came in to one of your shops and got a contract sim on the 17th may .. on that day I had the money to go get my son a PS5 that he won’t for his birthday which was on the 29th June .. the guide in the shop told me not to bother paying one and come back into the shop on the 17th of June and he can have a PS5 put on my account.. we came in to the shop on that day to be told he couldn’t have one because we haven’t been with you for 6 months .. so my son was very upset.. then we got a call from the rewards team saying they won’t to offer my son a phone because of the let down with 100 cash back and nothing to pay up front .. but this has not happened due to this pin not been sent to my phone so not only did my son not get a ps5 he also got no phone either due to your guide saying he could have a ps5 … and after 4 times of this phone coming to my house and my son seeing it and him not been able to have it because of a pin your asking me to put him through all that again .. he’s 7 years old and has been upset enough don’t you think

The complaints department have just not long ago spoken to me and say it will be investigated and I’ll get a reply with in 72 hours thanks for your replies
