Did you mean:

I can't top up

A few months ago I moved from an old TMobile PAYG SIM to an EE SIM as they turned off 3G.

My credit moved with me.

I've now tried to top up a few times and I get the following error in the website:

Bad Message 431

reason: Request Header Fields Too Large

I've tried different browsers and different operating systems - still the same error.

Any ideas or advice?

@Bakazan : How did you move your SIM from T-M to EE? Normally T-M SIMs were moved to an EE 3G plan, which as you say was recently switched off. Did you get or asked to be switched to a new EE SIM?

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

XRaySpex,
I initially tried to get the people in the shop to help me, but after several visits that didn't work out. In the end I had to get the call centre to set it up, I'm on a 4G plan.

The link you sent worked so thanks, I've bookmarked it.

It's a shame that the link in the account on the website doesn't work 🤔, but at least I can top up now.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
