I brought a £15 EE sim card from my local Premier shop but it says i have no credit. wheres the £15!

Did you actually pay out £15 at least for it or was it a nominal amount like 99p? If just a nominal amount you need to top it up with £15 before you can use the £15 pack that is primed on it but not yet paid for.
