Unable to get PAC code thru text message

I followed that link and it just took me to the "Leaving EE" page which doesn't seem to have any link to requesting a PAC or SAC code via SMS.

It just says to call 150, which is impossible with a data only SIM.

Hi @LittleGreyCat,

To request a PAC code, text PAC to 65075.
