Did you manage to get this sorted? I’m having exactly the same problem with replacing my sim after my phone was stolen. It’s been 2 says now and sim still has no service.

I'm sorry that this is taking longer than it should. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the status of the SIM and try to help you further.
