Hi I lost my SIM card so please block my SIM card send me new one

Thanks for coming here 🙂

You would need to report the SIM as lost to our Mobile Guides.

They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.

Hi @CHAIM 

You need to report your SIM as lost with our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to send you a replacement SIM. If it's easier for you to pop into your nearest EE Store, they can do it there for you too. You'll need to take some photo ID with you to do that.
