And if this doesn't work? I asked for porting, apparently happened, but it delivered the wrong number (not even the new sim number) and also failed to give access to network. Hence phone service is crippled.

There's no account access on this forum, you need to persist with CS to get this resolved. A mobile port-in is usually actioned the working day after submission of PAC, assuming that's before 5.30pm - but this can take until late in the evening sometimes.
Better to keep your posts to one thread than add to numerous others.
