Same problem. However, in addition I have  not inserted one sim yet but BT have disconnected the number. 4 lines and no-one can make or receive a call to any number. How do we contact support services?

Thanks for information. 

Borrowed a phone, got through and it appears 2 SIMs were sent already activated   2 to be activated, but to top it all  all 4 were data only!!!!

Not impressed with this.

Now I await my itemised bill to see what else they forgot to port over.

Not a happy bunny. 😕

Has a member of the team arranged for the correct SIM cards to be sent out for you?

WHEN have been upgraded. However it was 5 days before we were able to make contact. 

Very inconvenient without understanding problem or any contact info to direct via email or WhatsApp. 

Not everyone has alternative numbers.

Look forward to seeing my bill.
