Hi
i recent;y upgraded and received a new iPad and the invoice stated a eSIM, however during the upgrade (via phone call) I didn’t receive a confirmation or QR code for the eSIM. The set up like on the website wants to send a code my iPad doesn’t receive. How can I activate the eSIM?

Did you get the option to install an eSIM during the iPad set up?
If not, do you have the option to download the eSIM in your EE app on the iPad?
