I've been having a similar issue. My SIM card has not been working at all since New Year's Day. Quite concerning. I have ordered a new SIM card to see if that will work.

@jinxedthings   Is there anyone else with you who uses EE ?   On your device does it show where the network indicators are “searching”   or something else ?  Have you tried just restarting the device?

No, just myself. 

It shows searching when I turn it off and back on again and  then went to “no service”. 

I had to get someone else to call again on my behalf and it seems like the replacement physical SIM I got hadn’t been activated prior to me receiving it
