I need help as my SIM card is not working and can’t even contact ee

  • What device do you have and did you get it from EE.
  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • Are you in the UK.
  • Have you tried restarting your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Is your SIM pay as you go or pay monthly?

Do you have access to another phone?

If you do not, I would recommend visiting your local EE Store
