I have this issue. But my old sim has no service so I can’t receive the pin to activate I can’t call the technical team.. I have no store near me .. where did online chat go? I have wi-Fi on old sim only. New sim can’t be activated as cannot receive pin ….

How ridiculous is it though 😕 

I don’t have another phone. It’ll be another week or so before I can travel to the nearest store. Why on earth has live chat disappeared … and surely when you order a sim because the old one is broken they should know you’ll have no signal for texts or calls to be able to activate. Just crazy… 2011 I joined EE… in a couple months I’m out.
