Hi my sim card is not working, i can not call or open my whatsApp in a nother phone

@Barry58  Is that a call via the phone itself or a call via WhatsApp ? 

calls via what’s app only use data or a Wi-Fi connection when connected to Wi-Fi.   
 
 So is that via a cellular connection or Wi-Fi if its a call via WhatsApp?
