14 pro max e sim

I was transferring my data from my old iPhone to the 14 pro max and I selected something regarding E-Sim. Since then my SIM card has gone down and my two phones have become useless. Neither of them reads the sim. I have been on call to 150 no help, nothing. Tried texting the help center nothing

What were you advised when you called? Did the team try to activate your eSIM?
