I've lost my sim card, how do i get a replacement?

Welcome to the community. 

I'm sorry to hear about your SIM card. I recommend reporting your SIM as lost as soon as possible. That way we can block it and send a replacement.

Hello @Jude123

Thanks for coming here. 

You can order a replacement SIM by either visiting your local EE Store with photo ID or by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider. 

I would recommend calling and reporting this to our team, they will then be able to order you a new SIM if you are unable to visit a store.
