E-sim to Physical sim

Hi, I rang EE last Monday to convert my e-sim back to a physical sim. But I clarified first of my signal will be lost due to the change but the operator said "No, as your account will not be deactivated"  hence I push through with the change. But now, I don't have any signal on my phone. Can someone please advice me on what to do as I don't know when the physical sim is going to be delivered. Thank you

@Blackmonty   There’s nothing you can do except wait for the sim to arrive.  Sims are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can only have one SIM active on a given number at a time. There's a good chance your new SIM will arrive pre-activated.
