Received new phone with SIM card today put the SIM card into the phone and still not got a connection can’t phone or text with jt

Are you a new EE customer or is your new phone and upgrade?

If it's an upgrade, you can transfer your SIM from your old one to your new one.

If you're a new customer, please allow up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate.
