Welcome to the community. 

I am sorry to hear your SIM has not yet arrived. 

SIM's are sent via Royal Mail and usually take around 2-5 working days to arrive. 

This being your 4th working day. 

If you require a SIM quicker you can visit your local EE Store with photo ID.
