Welcome to the community.
There are a few options for getting a replacement SIM.
If you have lost your current SIM, you'd need to give our customer service guides a call from another phone so they can block the SIM and send another one out in the post for you.
If it is a change of SIM size that is needed, you can order one in the Settings section of your profile in your EE online account or EE app, or speak to our team over the phone.
If you are the account holder, you can also visit an EE store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a replacement SIM in store for you for any reason.
