Hi I get esim but this is not working

i cant activate my esim

I'd recommend placing your EE SIM into your new device and follow the eSIM set up that can be found HERE.

but my number is not switched old number

Are you transferring your number from another network? 

If so, how long ago did you provide the PAC?
