Sadly I have to agree. I recently tried to get a new sim card for my partially sighted friend to use her new mobile. I twice asked for one to be posted and when nothing arrived I called again to be told there was no record of either request. I have been a loyal customer myself for many years because of the excellent customer service (and I left BT because their CS was so dreadful))!) Sadly I shall be looking elsewhere when my contract expires.
