Hi!! I'm sorry for this message but I really need help. 4 years ago I buyed a Samsung Galaxy  S8 from EE and after I finished the subscription I tried to unlock my phone to all networks but it ask me for Puk Code. I tried to find the way to find the code but I can't find the place where everybody tell that I can find it. What can I do

As update, I specify that I don't have access any more to the number of the phone whom I had at the subscription with this phone

A PUK is required when you have entered your SIM-PIN incorrectly a number of times, and is short for Personal Unlocking Key. You get 10 attempts at entering this code before the SIM is permanently blocked - it's SIM-specific, not phone-specific. You can obtain an EE-PUK either via your myEE online account or via CS on 07953 966150.

An attempt to unlock a phone for use with other networks, would not have required a PUK.

I know what you mean but in my case is something different. I try to use a Romanian SIM and it happend when i inserted it in the phone, they ask me for puk code even i use this sim in a different phone and it works properly.

Can you post a video of this happening? Including a clear screenshot of the error messages onscreen.

A PUK code is SIM-specific.

it seems that the picture is blurry, it degrades when I insert it

That's a request for a PUK, which is SIM-specific. It can be obtained from your myEE online account, or EE-CS - for an EE SIM.

I see but i don't have EE Sim anymore and i try to use a different sim. I lost the acces of the EE SIM, and in my account i couldn't find where is this puk code. I don't know how to solve it. I used the puk of the new sim but isn't work 🥲

The only way EE can assist here, is if this message is being generated by an EE SIM. You need to contact the operator of the SIM which is producing the error.

The error is SIM-specific.

I see. I show you one more picture with the message that my phone show me.
