Can I buy back my old mobile number?

i need my old   uk num back  

actually i was out of country more than 3 months and i cancelled contract as my contract finished. 

i request for cancellation i wasnot aware my sim number will deactivated 

when i came back i been to ee store  but they couldnot help .. is any way to get my number back as i am using whtsapp with old num 

it is still working and might be my num has not been used with another customer kindly suggest ne

What else did you think would happen to a number you requested cancellation of?

@lovepreetkaur  You should of requested it to be changed over to a PAYG when you terminated you’ll of kept the number.  If you just terminate you give up the right to use that number as it’s terminated as per your request.
