@SciFiKriss  Yes you can, the device you use is up to you.  Your contact as such is the sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, I have done this however am not getting a signal on my phone. I have tried another sim and that’s fine. I can’t call 150 as I don’t have any signal.

I have checked the settings and it’s showing my number and EE and registering the sim.

I have also checked online and the phone is unlocked

Are you able to test your EE SIM card in a different phone to check it still works?

If your SIM card is not not working at all, Please call customer service where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card or eSIM QR code for you. Contact Us | Help & Support - EE

Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM free of charge straight away.
