Purchased 5g sim and it stopped working

I recently purchased unlimited data plan 5g sim, after i started using it worked for like a day and suddenly stopped working. It shows no sim. I tried by updating software, my mobile network and everything but it’s not working. I contacted customer care service but they couldn’t solve my problem either. Can i get my sim replacement or refund? Thsi is really annoying when you already pay for the best service as claimed and get worse in return.
thanks

I recently purchased EE 5g sim, after inserting it on my iphone 14 pro it worked for like a day, but it suddenly stopped working, neither it shows any sign of network. It says no sim, i tried on other phone as well but it didn’t work. I tried to get customer care support but unfortunately that didn’t work either. There is no proper way to solve my problem. Can i get another sim replacement or my refund pls. If this is the service i don’t want to continue. Thanks

@Srijana  To get a replacement sim you’ll have to call customer service from a different device or go to a store with photo ID to request one.

Hi @Srijana.

If it's showing this error message in multiple phones, it sounds like a problem with the SIM.

The fastest way to get a replacement would be in one of our stores if you're able to get to one.
