Hello,I need to unlock my sim.I need my PUK number.I am using another phone.how do I go about it

If you log into your account, either via the My EE App or online, you will find the PUK code, otherwise ring customer service they will supply it.

Here is the free number:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
