Protection for phone number

Recently I was hit with a malware, and it may have stole some things of my identity.
I wanna know what I can do to prevent anything random happening, or anyone calling me and stuff

@ton618    You change your passwords for every account you have,  you could possibly change your phone number and email address and anything else you can think of.
As a last resort you move home and go live on a remote island,  You can only do simple things like passwords but make them complex.  You don’t answer the phone to unknown numbers and you don’t give passwords to any cold callers regardless of who they say they are/work for.    Your phone number can be changed if needs be.

Hi @ton618

Make sure you use two stage authentication on any app preferably with an authentication app over text message. Change your email address or have a separate secure address for say banking.

And @Chris_B says.

Thanks
