Porting problem

I've transferred from Plusnet to EE but the request to port my number has been refused because the number is not recognised or invalid. I have checked it multiple times and spent hours on the phone to EE. EE have told me to contact TRANSATEL but I've had no response from them. Has anyone else had dealings with TRANSATEL?  I feel like I'm sending emails into a void.

No, the number that comes up in the EE number that came with my new SIM card, not the PlusNet number that I am trying to port across.

In this case, I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile care team by calling 150 and they can get this looked into in more detail for you.
