Hi there,
I have recently received a sim only plan from EE, which I got over the phone. On the phone, the advisor took my current providers PAC and said my old number would be ported over. However, after receiving my new SIM, it has come with a new number and my old number is still on my old sim.
I cannot manually submit the PAC through the web form as it says I haven't entered it right or it isn't valid (I have checked, it is correct).
Is this just a case of waiting a few days for the number to transfer? I received the sim on Thursday (I understand the porting process may be slower over the weekend), or should I contact customer services?
Thanks in advance!

When did you first activate your EE SIM by connecting it to EE's network?
If this was after approx 5pm on Thursday, your PAC should have been submitted on Friday, and port-in set for Monday 19th.

Your no. will be ported within 1 working day of activating your EE SIM.
