Porting issues

Hi, I keep receiving  this error. I’m 100% sure I use the correct number. What could be the problem?

Try texting PORT to 150 from the line you want the port-in to be actioned on.

I'm sorry you are having trouble setting up your port. Have you tried any other browsers to set this up?
