I requested for my old number to be transferred to my new EE sim and was informed this would occur by 6pm today.
I have not received any confirmation email/SMS about it. As far as i'm aware, the transfer hasn't occurred.
I can't ring or be called from my phone now, the phone just cuts off on both sides.
Please help

If your port-in date was today, it can take upto midnight to complete, but you should receive a text message advising so.
EE CS have access to your individual account and can advise further on your specific port-in. They are on 150 from your mobile or 0800 0798586 from another working phone.
