Porting from Giffgaff

I've just had my number ported from Giffgaff to EE, When I send texts or make a call the number I ported from giffgaff is what comes up on the recipients phone. Incoming calls however were being diverted to Giffgaffs voicemail so I put my old sim back in and that is also still active using the same number so I now have 2 sim cards on 2 different networks using the same number. How can I fix this?

It sounds like your number port hasn't completed correctly. Please get in touch with Customer Care on 150 so our porting team can help.
