I have ported my number today based on the fact EE advise that it can be 24 hours working day etc.  However when i have gone through the process i have received a text to advise all setup will take place by 6pm on 12-12-2023 which is nearly 3 weeks away.  Has anybody else experienced this??

When you call 150 please select option 2. 

This should allow you to navigate through the automated system and be connected to an agent.

No I have tried this option but you then have various other options whichever one i selct on this seems to send a text message which ends the call.

Please call 150 and select the following:

Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 1 > Option 1 > Option 1 > Option 2 then please select Option 2 again.

After the option 2 > option1 > it then goes to new visual option and sends a text can you please just help me to speak to someone its impossible i have tried various options now nd get same result each time

I have followed the steps above and can connect to an agent, could you please try this again?

Option 2 should take you to the automated services then first option 1 should take you to mobile phone. 

Please do not select Option 1 when you first call.

Hi @Katie_B 

I have tried the various options only selecting 2 to start with but all takes me to a visual assistant text which i then complete and send me another text.  I did manage to get a callback from one person who was not able to help but i have no other idea on how i can get hold of anybody from EE.

Is the text you are receiving a verification text?

No they send a link where i can then go onto a portal to start selecting various other options

If you are unable to connect to an agent by the options provide above, I'd recommend visiting your local EE Store @Ncull177

There is also the option of registering for the EE app with your temporary EE number and using the live chat option which can be found under help.
