Port numbet Vodafone to EE

On February 5, 2023 my contract expires at Vodafone. I came on January 30, 2023 in store EE to make my contract and give up Vodafone services. I did the contract but I said I wanted to keep the number I have. She told me the girl there that it takes 2 days to port from Vodafone to EE. Or did the 2 days but I did not port my number. I still have vodafone active network,and the new number EE what I do not want. The girl also asked for the PAC code which is ******. I'm waiting for an answer. Thanks

Once you've received your SIM from EE, give your PAC from your current network to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

If you have provided the PAC in store and have the EE SIM contract, please call us on 150 and the team will check the number transfer for you and let you know when the number will transfer to EE.
