Phone can’t make or receive calls

I switched with a PAC to EE. Every number I call is incorrect . I got a text earlier saying my phone has switched successfully. I even restarted my phone for things to refresh. I can’t receive or make calls. Please help

Okay. I will follow these steps @Leanne_T 

 

 

The number that was there before I switched FaceTime and messages on is the number I want to switch to, which is correct

 

after switching off and turning back on the same number I want to stay with is shown

 

i still can’t make calls
