Which day did you port in? If this was today, the port may still be going through until early evening.

If not, I'd suggest calling EE C/S who have access to your account to check things - 150 from your mobile if able, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone if not.

Thank you. Well, today the transfer is complete. I can’t make calls.

Try restarting your phone, @ekangadean1.

It should go through fully by midnight tonight.

Chris

Thank you

will restart

I see @ekangadean1

Have you had any texts to let you know the transfer has completed?

Leanne.

Hi @Leanne_T !

i had one yesterday at 12:03pm (06/09/2022), it says: Your existing number transfer to your EE plan is now complete, please turn your device off and on again for these changes to take effect. For more information about your EE plan visit ee.co.uk/myaccount

that’s it. Also, I receive texts from people- iMessage texts and normal SMS , just not calls. I can however call and receive calls on WhatsApp and I can use my 45gb of Data (a pack) that I purchased from EE

Hi @ekangadean1

Could you try the below steps.

Go to Settings > Phone > My Number > Insert correct mobile number if this is showing the incorrect number.

Then, can you try going into Settings > Messages > Turn iMessage off and also Settings > FaceTime > turn off.

If you can then turn both back on, does the number change in your settings?

Leanne 🙂
