- Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
- Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Mark03 : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

@Rashid414
All you need to do is give our disconnections team a call via 150 from any EE phone or on 0800-0798586 from any other phone/landline, where my colleague will be able to issue PAC code for you 😊
Alternatively, you can visit the link below for other self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.
https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/how-do-i-cancel-my-contract-...
Easiest way to get a PAC code is just text PAC (from the phone) to 65075
