Hi, I've gave ee my pac code but am due to leave for work for the week. My new sim should arrive Tuesday buy I need my phone for work during this week.

Does the number port over after you insert the new ee sim or will I lose service during the week on my current sim?

Thanks

@Kettlewell  It shouldn’t port over until you activate the new sim.  But I would take that EE sim with you just incase you do loose service.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The new sim hasn't arrived yet unfortunately.

I work up and down the country and use my phone to communicate with head office hence me being a little concerned.

Hopefully as you say it shouldn't swap until I activate the new sim.

Thanks 😃

@Kettlewell , the SIM card is delivered by second class post, so will depend when you ordered it as to when it will be delivered as there are also strikes at times.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
