PAC transfer

I joined EE and provided a PAC code as part of the process. I received a SIM and inserted on Tuesday got all the usually welcome texts. Waited Wednesday for the message that the PAC was complete. On Thursday, still no message, so I phoned 150 to talk to someone and selected the number transfer option. Have now been sent a text to start a new PAC transfer. So have I messed up the original transfer? Was that even being done? Do I have to start again with the same PAC code?

After working round the telephonic abyss, that is automated customer support systems. I finally got to speak to someone ( also several more text messages to start a PAC transfer), they were helpful and told me there wasn't a record of the PAC number from when I opened the account. They have used the original code and the transfer should be complete tomorrow.

Welcome to the community.

I think the best thing to do is call and speak to our team on 150, they'll be able to check the status of the transfer. If they need to set a new one up, they'll do it manually and hopefully get it transferred over tomorrow.
