Hi I have requested my PAC code couple of times and haven't received anything

You can visit the link below for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

However, if you are still not receiving it you'll need to give our disconnections team a call, on 150 from your EE phone or Contact Us | Help & Support - EE, who can issue your PAC code, and also see what they can do to keep you staying with EE.
