Bought an eSIM from airhub - not getting activated

Hello, 

I bought an eSIM from airhub website yesterday (in India) to use mobile data in the UK. 
I scanned the QR code to activate the eSIM but it’s showing an error as activation failed. 
Does the eSIM will directly get activated when I am in the UK or it should be activated by now?

That eSIM is for a UK network and you are trying to active a UK network sim/eSim on a roaming network it’ll not work.  
 
 You need to be in the UK.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
